Need help with a couple errors

Hello all,
Working on a new template and I need to clear up some errors.. Can someone please point me to help or can someone help me themselves to let me know what to fix and how.
I would like to clear up these coding errors.

All I care about is the code quality being a 10. I am sure it is just a couple little blips…
On a side note.. I am unsure what to change to and I quote” Add meaningful anchor text that describes the link’s destination. If the link contains an image, ensure you have provided alt text.”
Can someone please be of help to me. I will keep fumbling through it as I have already cleared up a bunch of typos. However, these last few require someone more advanced then myself.
