• I’m seeing the IP address of one of my ISP’s name servers instead of my own IP address.

I’d like to whitelist my own IP address, but that isn’t very useful if BruteProtect can’t figure out the real IP address of a user.

I don’t think I want to whitelist my ISP’s name server URLs.

Can you explain what is going on?

Hi Roy– this is interesting and not something we’ve seen before. I’d like to take a closer look at your server config– can you click the “Send Report” button? To get to it, click ‘Debug’ at the bottom of the BruteProtect configuration page in your WordPress dashboard.

    Thanks!

Did you send in the report from the debug page? We haven’t seen anything
