Custom fields?

Please forgive what might be a stupid question, but I can’t figure out what I’m supposed to write in the ‘custom fields’ setting in the Video Thumbnail Settings page.
When I troubleshoot, the thumbnails come through just fine during the tests, but then when I’m posting a new embedded YouTube video I click ‘search for thumbnail’ and it can’t find one. I am guessing that something needs to be set in my custom field, but I don’t know what to put there. Thanks for any help!
