How can I get GNU license for my template?

    Hi to everybody and thank you for helping me in advance.

    I am an developer on over 6 years old but is my first time when I developed a full wordpress template to be sold on themeforest and other websites like this.

    I did everything but I didn’t though about a license , so , my question is how can I get one from GnU?

    The thing is I need just to declare under what license is the template , not to ask for one or anything like that.
