Can't tick the boxes to publicise to twitter, google etc

I checked that the Open Graph Tags were there – they weren’t, so I used “Always Use Open Graph with Jetpack.” – now the tags are there, but when I go in to the post in the back end and click Edit Details on the post settings the boxes are unticked and I cannot tick them.

Other Plugins that I am using are “add link to facebook” and “wordpress SEO”. I want to use publicise in jetpack to share with twitter, Google plus and Linked in. I have succesfully made the connections to these services – I just do not know how to get it so I can tick the boxes.
