Blank Page and No Access to Admin

  • Not sure what version of WordPress I’m using as I cannot login…

    Tried to open our page yesterday after a customer comment about not being able to access the page – no page, just blank.

    Tried to login in to WordPress Admin – no page, just blank.

    How do I resolve this? Thanks – our webpage is https://www.scootertyle.com.au

    Have you tried contacting your hosting company about this?

    Andrea, I just posted a few seconds ago about what helped me with this issue. It didn’t start out with a blank screen but with an error message.

    My advice would be to do what I did in reverse, i.e start by manually updating your site through the cpanel with an ftp client.

    I did not touch the wp-config, or wp-content. Hope this helps.
