Add Settings with second plugin

I am managing several WordPress installations.
I would love to add this plugin to clean up the edit screen.I use a custom plugin to manage several settings across all websites.
Is there a way to add the settings for this plugin to it ?
And if so, anywhere I can find some documentation about it ?
