Media gallery upload

  • I am having a couple of issues and I am not sure how to resolve them. First of all I can no longer upload anything to my media gallery. It gives me the following error:

    “frozen 2.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2014/12.
