content-aware-sidebars (from Intox)

As a happy user of the customizr theme now I try to implement sidebars, whicn change depending on the context. It is a school, and they would like sidebars in the SPORTS section like swimming, football etc, and in the MUSIC section like Big Band, Singing…
I am trying to use the content-aware-sidebars from Intox. But for whatever reason, these “dynamic” sidebars do not show. Am I making a mistake, or is there a switch or whatever in the theme? Thank you for considering…PS: Maybe this is a more general issue worth considering as a feature i n a future version of Customizr?
