When Posting Blog as Link Cover photo comes up

Hi Guys,

Whenever I post a blog link the image that automatically comes up is my header, rather than the image I have first in the blog post. how do I change this (I know to click on the arrows on FB but its annoying when someone else shares like a recipe post and its just my header not the food that comes up ) thanks
