Display Galleries –> empty

    Morning dear support,

    Since 3 days I have been struggling with the plugin. Search the whole internet and your forum, but could not find the solution.
    Everything seems to work fine, except that I can open the tab “Dislpay Galleries”. But .. I seen the other selections (fex: Select a display type, What would you ike to display, …. and so on).
    But it’s empty.
    Does someone have a solution??

    P.S.: already uninstalled and re-installed the plugin. But did not help.

  • same problem here. Contacted pro support, but no solution yet!

    I have the plugin working on one website with a different hosting company though. So It might have something to do with different settings for the database or server.

    Thanks weddje for your reaction. So far I know it’s not me who is messing it up.
    I was thinking of installing version 1.9.13.
    But I am not that sure if it would do the job with wp4.1

    Hoi Cais,

    thanks for your reply.
    I did check the other plugins, and so far …. no problems with those one’s.
    Changed to 3 different themes and still the same problem.
    Hope you have the “Golden” tip.

    All of the gallery’s are made and I can see them.

    WP 4.1 and radiate theme. Everything else is working fine… ??

    forgot to mention, but
    WP 4.1 and the theme is Customizr
    hope you can do somethinh with it.

    @jefgees – Have you tried setting your WordPress Permalinks to something other than the “Default” such as “Post name” or “Month and name”?

    just discovered that there is a special place for the Nextgen gallerys problems. I posted there this issue, so may be it is better to close it here??
