Settings reverted by Parent Site

    I have the plugin setup on a multisite network. I have set up a couple of template sites with the settings configured for site visibility to “Visible only to registered users of this site”.

    I then use NS Site Cloner to create a new sub site which works fine, but then after creation, I get an automated email that Site (x), ‘parent site url’, changed reading visibility setting from Site Members Only(-2) to Visible(1).

    When I check the settings of the sub site, it is correctly set to Visible only to registered users of this site but the site is open to all users. If I change the settings, save and then change back and save it works fine.

    I understand this will likely be an issue between the 2 plugins, but was wondering if there was any assistance or direction you can point me in to resolve
