    Dear all,

I’ve installed ShiftNav and the settings are great.

But unfortunately I can’t open the navigation and get an error message:

“If this message does not disappear, it means you have a javascript
issue on your site which is preventing ShiftNav’s script from running.
You’ll need to resolve that issue in order for ShiftNav to work properly.
Check for javascript errors by opening up your browser’s javascript console.
This message will only display to admin users”

The JS error in the Console says:
    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a functionadmin-bar.min.js?ver=3.9.3:1 (anonymous function)jquery-1.6.1.min.js?ver=3.9.3:16 e.resolveWithjquery-1.6.1.min.js?ver=3.9.3:16 e.extend.readyjquery-1.6.1.min.js?ver=3.9.3:16 c.addEventListener.z

As I don’t have any skills in JS I reallly don’t know what to do?
Could anybody please help me out?
Should I do an WordPress-Update to version 4?

    The page is https://www.davenport-real-estate.de/v2

    Thank you very much!
    Best Regards
    Anja

    Hi Anja,

ShiftNav doesn’t currently seem to be active on your site.

That error seems unrelated, however, it looks like the problem is that you are using jQuery 1.6.1 – while current versions of WordPress use 1.11. You’ll definitely want to make sure you’re using the proper version of jQuery for your WordPress install ??

    Best,

    Chris
