Site Description and Different Site Title

Hi I am unable to locate the Site Description Setting portion for your PinBoard Theme. As you know a Site Description is very important for Google SEO. I do not mean the Tagline in your settings.

Ideally I can set a different Site Title and Site Description than what you have set for Site Title and Tagline in your Theme settings since your theme display options require different use of ALL CAP Fonts and wording than what I need to put into the Google Meta Tag Site Title and Description. How can I do this please?
