Yoast Polylang: homepage meta description/title

  • Hi,
    My website uses polylang (english +spanish) and I installed Yoast SEO to begin dealing with meta tags, etc…
    It works nice with posts but how do I have to set Title + Description for each language on my homepage.

    Currently, my front page is set to “latest posts” in settings>reading.
