    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I got an error message

After activating Jetpack on Chrome now I can’t access my wordpress admin site. I can only access it in explorer. How do I fix this?

Could you let me know what that error message was? Could you also try to install Jetpack again, and let me know if the same problem happens again?

    Thanks!

I don’t have the problem now but I am afraid to to the JetPack again.

This was the message after I put in my log in and password:
    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Same problem. I updated WordPress to 4.1 and JetPack to 3.3 in Chrome. As soon as I updated JetPack, I could no longer access the dashboard through Chrome. IE works fine.

The error I get in Chrome is:

Could you both check your server error logs around the time when you experienced the issue to find out more about the problem? The logs will give us more details about what caused the 500 error.

If you don’t know how to access your error logs, your hosting provider should be able to help.

Let me know what you find!
