Backfill Board with Indeed Resumes

Good morning and Happy 2015. My job board is just is still under development and just about completed. The Indeed link has been established, however, I have no resumes and do need to backfill the board with resumes. Additionally, there are only specific resumes I want to backfill the board with since it is a specialized site. I am a bit confused about the steps to begin the process of backfilling the board with resumes. Can you provide me with the steps so I can easily begin to start filling the board with resumes?
