Issues with the 'Publish' settings

  • I’m having issues with editing published articles. It won’t allow me to change post times, sticky/un-sticky articles, add tags, or any of the actions that were easily doable before the update. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

  • Hey there, I was wondering whether you could give us some more detail on the problem. To start off, which version of WordPress are you using? Have you installed any new plug-ins lately? Have you made any other changes in your installation lately? Any details regarding your WordPress installation would be helpful.

    Adithya – The latest version, 4.1. No new plug-ins have been installed since updating. I can schedule posts for later dates, tag, and do everything like normal. But as soon as I publish the article, I can’t go back to edit those.

    So in particular, is the edit button not showing up? Or is it a matter of the edit option being available but the page not allowing you to edit? I’m looking for more specifics on the behavior of the edit button and associated pages.

    It’s a matter of everything being visible, but non-responsive when I hit the ‘Edit’ buttons.
