Enabling Force Download

I have two download buttons for mp3 download using this plugin shortcode. When I click on download it starts playing the files in player.
What I want is to ‘force download’ on this button instead of playing in browser. Please suggest how can I achieve using this plugin.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-download-monitor/
