    Hi. I need to create a form where my users can enter information about what equipment they have so I created a spreadsheet that had 85 items on it with each item being a column header. I first entered a line for a participant by adding name, email and then a yes or no for each following column to indicate whether they have it or not. I them saved a CSV file and uploaded it. Unfortunately it showed as a new record but none of the information nor any additional fields appeared just keeping with the default fields that came with the plugin install.

    I thought this was due to the yes/no inputs so just tried to upload a CSV file with the columns headers hoping it would just create the new user-created fields but again this did not appear.

    I can send screenshots or files if required.

    Well, I’m sorry, the documentation concerning CSV uploads is not that good.

    The first thing you need to do is configure the plugin fields. You need to delete all the unneeded fields from the plugin (they are only examples) then create fields that match all your columns.
