i’ve been searching for a solution to this problem, and in all the support posts, the issue gets fixed by someone else but never says /how/ it was fixed. i have a self-hosted site and have already tried disconnecting but it’s still pointing to my dev environment “dev.site.com” as opposed to the production environment i’m trying to fix “www.site.com”

i’ve also looked at the support docs and haven’t found anywhere reference to where to set the URL within Jetpack.

please teach me how to fish ??

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

I’ve updated your Jetpack settings, you should now be all set.

In the future, you can force an update of your Jetpack settings by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting then reconnecting your site to WordPress.com.

Thank you, but I still don’t understand how you updated any settings, which was the reason I posted. I was looking for a solution so I knew what do to, not the work done for me… What happens when I need to do this again on another website?

What, specifically, did you do to update the settings?

These settings are stored on WordPress.com, so you can’t change them directly yourself.

You can, however, force an update on WordPress.com by disconnecting and reconnecting as I mentioned earlier. When you do so, WordPress.com gathers information from your site again, including your site’s URL and the WordPress URL.

Ah, okay. Well the reset thing didn’t work so I appreciate you taking the time to manually change those! Now it makes more sense why you’re doing this for everyone individually <3
