• Hi
    Can anybody assist me please?

I have two WordPress websites with which I am having problems.

    1. Siyadingana Consulting
When I Google search the site, I get the following response
    >>Warning: require_once(/usr/www/users/siyadetrkc/wp-load.php)…

Initially I was able to login and make changes to the site content-until I installed a couple of mobile plugins and themes to find the correct display for both desktops and mobiles.

-I also manually deleted some of the content; themes and plugins which I didn’t find suitable. Now I can no longer login.
-I had posted a photograph for which I have no back up and would not like to lose.

Is there some way to retrieve the site?

    2. Siyadingana Training
After downloading WordPress to this domain, I had the default “Hello World” page. I tried to edit the page and then it went blank and I’ve been unable to login again.

Could I start afresh downloading WordPress without any dire consequences or is there some other way to rescue the situation?

    Please help
    Kefiloe

Sorry it’s taken a while to get a response! If you are still having issues, you can try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

For site #2, if you don’t have any info/content in it, it certainly makes more sense to start over than to try to fix.
