Try using this plugin to create XML sitemap: “Google XML Sitemaps” (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/). After installation, you will be able to generate a sitemap from WP admin backend -> Settings -> XML sitemap. This sitemap will include your products and categories because Ecwid plugin is compatible with Google XML Sitemaps and will automatically add your product and category links to the sitemap.
Please mind that this feature of Ecwid plugin uses Ecwid APIs to retrieve and process products/categories information. API is available for paid Ecwid account only.
