Column layout?

Hello Kaira,

I’ve installed the Albar Theme on my wordpress website. I would like to create a 4 column layout like the example image, see here. Do I need an extra plugin? Or do I need the premium version?

And I would like the Albar icons to act as a link to a page. I cannot find where to fill in the target page.

I am not technical, so I hope you can explain it to me in plain English ??
