Child relationship pages listing alphabetically

Hi!

We are using Pods and have created a number of guide pages where there is a header and child relationship to create the navigation. We have a child page box in the custom post type where previously we could select the child pages and order them as we would like. Since deploying the latest update however, the pages are listing alphabetically and when I move them it doesnt save the changes.

Is there a setting we now need to change for the page orders to be user defined now?
