Can't activate autopost with checkbox

Hi,

I click the activate checkbox to activate autopost, and it doesn’t activate it. I’m not sure if there is supposed to be a SAVE or SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. I don’t see one.

I’m trying both IE and chrome.
