Comments not showing

Jetpack’s Comments module will change the look of the comment form, but it doesn’t actually change the way the comments themselves are displayed. That’s handled by your theme.

Could you try to switch to one of the default themes for a few minutes, and see if it helps? If it does, I’d suggest looking at your theme’s comments.php to try to understand why comments are not displayed.

If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend deactivating all other comment / anti-spam plugins, one at a time, until you find what’s causing the issue.
