    First, thanks for the great Google Calendar Events widget which I am planning to use for a site for our local church.

    However, I’d like to take some info that is displayed off it. From looking at the documentation this is something best achieved by changing bits of code. I’ve no problem with that but just wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something contrary to the spirit of the license! Also, I was hoping you could point me to the module I need to look at to do this (e.g. remove “start” & “end” times from the list view).

    I might also muck around with the format displayed (e.g. highlight each day heading) but I can probably work with the CSS to do that.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

    You actually don’t need to go into the code for what you are trying to do. On your main feed settings there is the event builder codes in the editor. That is what is being used to display all the information on your list. You can view more about them here:

    https://wpdocs.philderksen.com/google-calendar-events/event-builder/

    Removing or adding to that will change the information shown on the display.

    Hope that helps!

    Wow – don’t I feel a bit blond!

    Thanks very much Nick.

    As a matter of interest I am trying to remove duplicate “Headings” (above each Event Title I see an entry e.g. “Events on January 18, 2015” twice … for two different entries on the same day) … like so:

    Events on January 18, 2015
    Dorus :: Thomas Linnane
    Events on January 18, 2015
    Dorus :: [A] MK, JC

    More blondness – I see that the grouping function appears to resolve my issue. Please disregard the last post!
