Adding attributes to link other than location (href) (specifically onclick)

Hi, I apologize if this has been asked – I couldn’t find anything relating to it.

I want to call a JavaScript function when “More details” is clicked. Is there a simple way to add an onclick action, or have you considered adding this functionality? Thanks in advance!
