    No, it’s not normal: are you sure the page is cached and not expired? Otherwise it will be skipped.

    Not sure if we say the same thing:

    1. A new post is added.

    2. The Home page is visited.

    Should i see a tag of HC ? or not ? I don’t see one. I must refresh.

    If you add a new post, the home page is removed from the cache so you need to visit at least one time to have it cache. The first time it is read it’s not from the cache so it has no signature.
