Oops that page can't be found

I’ve just changed the theme for my blog and now when I go to my home made its saying
OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND.
The site is directed to go to my blog posts.
Any idea how i fix this? I’ve had a look through the forums and nothing seems to be working.
