plugin for a guestlist?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a plugin that would allow me to set-up a simple guestlist? E.g. visitors click a button and the plugin generates a list for me that lists everyone who clicked the button, and possibly the event/day they signed up for?

If not could someone please point me towards how I could make one? I’m a newb…
