Cannot access my website!

    • Cannot open website UI or dashboard.
    • Can access FTP account.
    • I’ve updated to 4.1 almost a week ago, but I was able to edit the website, post new articles, etc. until yesterday.
    • I got to know this at 8:35AM India time, and according to that, the website has stopped working since about 16 hours now. WordPress Jetpack My Stats show no stats for 12 January.
    • I also want to know whether I can manually (from FTP) disable plugins and then try opening the site.
    • Basically, the browser is unable to connect to the website.
