Woocommerce emails not working

Just installed wpmandrill in my WordPress running Woocommerce.
All Emails (order confirmations, password reset, etc.) are still send from WordPress, not from Mandrill???If I use the test function in wpmandrill, the email is sent correctly via Mandrill.
What am I doing wrong?
