Widget date translation always shown in english

    The plugin works fine and if I use shortcode on page it shows italian format date (as expected). But if I use the widget on sidebar (or somewhere) it always shows english date (Jan, Jul… instead of Gen, Lug). I have last plugin version and disable qtranslate plugin. I’ve tried with base template too but behaviour it’s the same.

    Ho risolto. Ho dovuto modificare il file widget.php prendendo parte del codice dal single.php. In questo modo stampando a schermo il $short_month adesso appare la data in italiano anche nella widget.
    Ho copiato dalla riga in cui c’è:
    date_default_timezone_set($time_zone_selected)… fino alla chiusura del tag php e sostituito l’echo come segue.

    <span class=”nec-info”>… <?php echo $short_month; ?>

    In più ho modificato il file .mo nella cartella languages (it) perchè il mese di Maggio appariva per esteso e io lo volevo solo come MAG.
