Order of the images in a gallery

    Thanks for the suggestion Jos,

    It would be nice to have a setting whereby you choose sort-order with a few options:

    Gallery Sort Order:
    [X] Default (drag images to sort)
    [ ] Attachment Name
    [ ] Attachment Date (ASC)
    [ ] Attachment Date (DESC)

    What do you think?

    That sounds good. It would be even better when the default sort order can be chosen in the settings (and changed per gallery).

    That would be great! After NextGen import, the images are in reverse order – the latest image first. I don’t want to reorder all my galleries manually per drag&drop.

    this has been done in the development version soon to be pushed out as an official update : https://github.com/fooplugins/foogallery/archive/develop.zip

    Both albums and galleries have a sorting option available, and a setting to set a default gallery sort order
