How do I remove categories title from header?

Hope you’re well today!

You can do that by adding some custom CSS. Try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin:

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-css

.category .page-title {
display: none;
}

This will remove the page title only on category pages.

I can see the custom CSS file, I can see a few lines over there, but I’m not sure how to add the code you’ve provided as I am pretty new to coding. How I enable the child theme too? ??

EDIT: I managed to do this. Also, what code should I add to center the header navigation bar (same as it is at the footer)?

The easiest way to add the code should be by using the plugin I mentioned:

Once the plugin is installed and activated you can add this code to Appearance >> Custom CSS https://screencast.com/t/KpgosdOmF3aq.

}

I can’t as I work on localhost using WAMP. It’s clean Hueman version 2.2.0

I understand, please try to do the following:

ul#menu-yourmenu {
text-align: center;
}

Replace “yourmenu” part with the name of your menu which you can find in Appearance >> Menus https://screencast.com/t/vcilHeWv0. So for example if your menu is called menunesto like on the screenshot the code should look like this:

ul#menu-menunesto {
text-align: center;
}

This should make the menu centered. Hope this makes sense ??

Did as you said, still doesn’t work. Maybe it’s not about the text-align? Maybe it’s somehow a box or whatever? That’s just an idea as I don’t really understand a lot. ??

The code works, I’ve tested it on my local installation. As you can see on this screenshot the navigation is centered when the code is added https://screencast.com/t/M1FbmhhU and this is when the code is removed https://screencast.com/t/7Z3e26C6RfWA.

Since you already made a change in CSS with the title we can rule out that.

edit: I just realized that you’re using version 2.2.0 which is probably the premium version of the theme. I’m using the latest free version 1.4.5. This is most likely the problem.
