Doesn't update, looks strange and no preview

    Hey,

    I enctountered a few problems with the plugin:
    1. When I republish the scroll box, it doesn’t seem to get updated. I tried closing the tab and opening it in a new incognito window but no success. I can only see the first scroll box that I created.

    2. When I click on preview I get a 404 page.

    3. At times I cannot see the box after I publish it. I delete all old boxes and created a new one, but now it stopped jumping completely ??

    4. The title box in which my title:”Sign up for blog” seems to exceed the box borders (I think it’s inside the margins or something)

    1. I think you need to review the scroll box settings: triggering parameters, Include and Exclude options, also the frequency setting. If scroll box is set to be visible to “admin only” then it will be not visible in incognito mode.

    2. Preview is not developed yet.

    3. Can you provide link to your page? What are box frequency settings – does it help if you change it to “each time”? Do you use caching plugins?

    4. Maybe changing box dimensions would help?

    1. I think that I couldn’t see it because it was set to admin only. Now it seems to work.

    2. Okay

    3. I think that the caching caused a problem. Now, I delete it each time I update the box and I can see the updates.

    4. I increased the padding and that did the trick!
