cannot open 90% of WP pages (page, plug in, posts etc.)

    Hi,

    I recently cannot open 95% of WP pages (page, plug in, posts etc.), the page I want to open just pure white with nothing displayed. only the dashboard page is working.

    I recon it is due to some plug in i installed, however, I cannot open the plug in page to deactivate them. basically I cannot do anything to edit my page anymore, nothing works. (i have recently installed the Poll/vote plug in, maybe that is the reason`?)

    any suggestions that I should do? I would really appreciated it. (i am not a WP savvy, by the way)

    With FTP access, go in and rename all the plugin folders. That will disable them, and then you can try logging in as normal.

    If that works, then rename the plugin folders back one at a time and try logging in after each rename. Hopefully that will pinpoint the plugin causing your problem.

    thanks a lot Matt!!! that solved the problem!! i am so happy. it has been bother me for a long time.

    by the way, it is the poll plug in causing the problem…arhh!!!!
