    At our website “Share Buttons by AddToAny” causes browser errors. When I activate the plug-in the following errors start appearing in the debug.log –
    [14-Jan-2015 15:34:56 UTC] PHP Warning: getimagesize(/var/chroot/home/content/f/i/s/fishrx/html/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/DriBank_DNA_Sample_Storage.png) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/f/i/s/fishrx/html/wp-dev/wp-content/themes/bridge next/css/style_dynamic.php on line 900

    [14-Jan-2015 15:34:56 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: counters_text_font_size in /home/content/f/i/s/fishrx/html/wp-dev/wp-content/themes/bridge next/css/style_dynamic.php on line 1985

    [14-Jan-2015 15:34:56 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: counters_text_font_family in /home/content/f/i/s/fishrx/html/wp-dev/wp-content/themes/bridge next/css/style_dynamic.php on line 1986

    And the browser inspector reports this error –
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘slideCount’ of undefinedjquery.cycle2.min.js?ver=2.8.4:6 e.fn.cycle.API.prepareTxjquery.cycle2.min.js?ver=2.8.4:6 (anonymous function)

    jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:4 GET https://dev.dri-bank.com/room_temperature_storage/… net::ERR_TIMED_OUT

    When the pages are being displayed using IE11 the page load halts resulting in a blank page. With other Browsers the page will display even though the browser detected errors. At our website I’ve tried every combination of active and inactive plug-ins and the only time I’m getting the page load problems is when “Share Buttons by AddToAny” is active. As a result I’m not able to use the plug-in because of the blank page problems with IE11.

    Is there anything that can be done to make it so I can use this plug-in without browser errors?

    Thank you

    David Sadler

    Don’t let this plugin be the fall guy for your server & theme. Your issue at heart is server errors caused by your theme, and you’re likely to see the issue with any similar plugins and assets (stylesheets, images) enabled.

    Solve the root problem, which seems to be your theme & server getting hit by something unexpected in IE11, perhaps IE11’s prefetching or your server’s handling of IE11.

    Since the server warnings are very explicitly with your theme, see if another theme works, and troubleshoot from that end.
