  • According to Sucuri your site is clean, but Apache is out of date

    Soaksoak is a known exploit via the Rev Slider (or Slider Revolution) prior to v4.2. If you have it installed either update it, or find an alternative slider. Oh and delete the file

    Also make sure your themes are up-to-date. Some themes may have Rev Slider built-in and the entire theme needs to be updated to make the fix.
