Gallery Help

Hello, I am trying to get the Gallery feature to work and I am not sure where the problem lies. I understand it will not work on the shortcode and I have moved both template files into my theme main directory.
I have also reset permalinks and everything and it is still not giving me the gallery look that I would like. Am I missing a step? Below is the page im referring to.
