Any way to place in frontend member editor

First I love your plugin cause it works in the backend on my custom post types. Others don’t. But I want people to be able to add stuff on the frontend for my happynews home page. Which in that section of my website is all external links. you can view what I am talking about at:
and the front end member editor I am talking about:
https://happyecho.com/news/instead of external link on that page I want your plugin to be there. Set to permanent automatically (w/o option to change)
Anyway?????
