2. Register on transifex.com and request Turkish translator/reviewer roles in the project.
3. Here are all the steps: https://wp-translations.org/join/Most boring/long part is the registration and approvement of you as a translator. It’s because of wp-testing project is a part of wp-translations project. But after all will be approved, you can go to this page https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/wp-testing/translate/#tr_TR/wp-testing/37207380 and make all the magic to add new lang to this plugin.
