    The reason is in the code of the theme your website uses. Slider Responsive WordPress Theme. The plugin is called via the ′wp_head()′. The statement not to zoom comes after that and overrides the plugin’s statement. Unfortunately (and very rare).

    You can solve the problem if you delete in the header.php the line

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1" />

    If you have done that your website would not need the plugin anymore.

    If you would update the theme the meta tag would be there again. To prevent that use a child theme.
