"Local Pickup" shipping address

Since WooCommerce 2.2.3 the shipping address is not displayed in confirmation e-mails, when the shipping method “Local Pickup” is chosen.
Unfortunately this is not carrier though to “Print Invoice & Delivery Note”. Please consider applying the same logic as the main plugin, thanks!
