SEO Yoast keyword advice

Hi all,

im using yoast for seo and it says that the keyword density is good :), although when i read it, it sounds stuffed?? and a little un natural Ive removed a few now but after reading an article on “Keyword stuffing & google penaltys” !!! im a little woried of the best way to turn, or no way?!
