Different charges for different shipping methods

I used woocommerce_pay4pay_cod_amount filter and checked WC()->session->get( 'chosen_shipping_methods' ) It works great!

And is it possible to add setting field to COD page (bellow “Fixed charge”) for users?

Besides altering the plugin itself I see no way to add an extra setting directly to the payment options.
