• I can’t see my menu on my phone (tried several different phones) and my homepage is responsive with Pro. Anyone got the same problem?

  • Which theme? No way to help at all without seeing your site.

    Below every page I got a sidebar with more information. You can see it on your laptop but not on tablet or phone.

    Looks like you are using the Pro version – so you should be asking the developers on their dedicated support channels – these forums are only for free version support.

    I have the same problem with the menu on phones. It won’t open. Works on tablets. Also the top menu – Pre-Header – totally disappears on phones.
    I don’t have the Pro version.

    I’m using the free version of Minamaze and have the same problem on my phone. Did you ge tthis resolved Toni & Heeden?

    Cheers

    YAY! Fixed. I edited the following value in the style-responsive.css under the iPad & Tablet label – see code below:

    #header-links,
    #pre-header-search {
    /* display: none;*/
    }

    Hope this helps

    Paul you are awesome! Thanks for posting. Gonna try it now. I will update here shortly.

    YES! The main / header menu is now there. I just stuck the CSS code in the CSS box in Theme Options.
    The pre-header menu is not – the “follow” stuff is there though. That is quite fine.

    Paul – this was critical for my site!
    I designed the site, it’s a MultiSite with 6 total sites, in theory for my students who do not have computers or tablets to use the site outside of class. They all have big phones. (I created and use the site to encourage them to get computer experience, get online – other than Facebook – do extra things on their own in English…and my site didn’t work!)

    Cheers!

    @ Paul

    The CSS removed the slider. Bummer!
