Redirect from subdirectory to root?

I was able to figure this out myself and it worked! No 404s in the log!

For anyone who needs to do this here’s what I did:

Create a new Redirection:

Source URL: ^/blog/(.*)

Target URL: /$1

Replace “blog” with whatever your old subdirectory is.

Just takes me to a 404 page and shows the /blog/ folder is still being used.

Looks like I had changed my permalinks too so things weren’t matching up for the redirect, all works now!
